For last minute bookings (within 24 hours of arrival) we recommend that you call us at our office in the arrivals hall at Palma airport (Tel: 00 34 971 78 98 09). This will ensure a faster confirmation from us.

How to Book

Once you have received our booking confirmation you can send your credit card details on our web site secure line or by phone or fax. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Diners. All rates are quoted in Euros, normally, only a deposit is taken, except for bookings of villas and apartments where a full payment is required at time of booking.

Cancellation/ Amendment Charges

If you have to cancel your arrangements after the booking is made the following cancellation charges apply:

Days Prior to Arrival

On day of arrival: No refund
1-3 Days: 50%
4-14 Days: 25%
15-30 Days: 15%
More than 30 Days: 10%

If you do not arrive and we have received no notification of cancellation then you will be charged the total cost.
No refunds will be given for reservations which are ended sooner than planned. If your arrival date is delayed for any reason you should advise us at the earliest opportunity.

If you wish to amend you booking a handling/ administration fee of 10 Euros per amendment will be charged.

Special Requests

Please advise any special requests to us at the time of booking. We will pass these on to the hotelier who will endeavour to meet your requirements wherever possible. However, please bear in mind they are on a request basis and cannot be guaranteed.
Insurance
For your own peace of mind we strongly recommend that you take out suitable Medical and Travel Insurance prior to travel. If you have any medical problem or disabilities please let us know on the enquiry form so that we can advise of the suitability of the chosen property.

Vacation of Rooms

Entry and Vacation of the property will usually be at 12 noon on the arrival and departure dates that you have stated on your reservation request. The exception to this is villas where entry is usually available at 4pm.

Complaints

Prestige Tourist Accommodation Services acts as an intermediary between hotels, villas, apartments, taxi or car hire companies and their clients and therefore cannot be held responsible for losses, accidents, physical damage or any other incidents.
In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your accommodation please communicate this immediately to the hotel management.

Prestige Tourist Accommodation Services cannot be held responsible should the accommodation contracted by the client be cancelled due to events beyond their control, though we will however endeavour to relocate clients to a similar accommodation.
